When you schedule a Wellness Service appointment, you choose to provide us with two types of information: personal information and information about your requirements for the service to be provided.

You provide us with certain personal information, such as your first name, last name, email address and phone number. At this time, the most information you would be required to submit is your first name, last name, email address and phone number.

How Do You Use and Disclose Information?

Scheduling an Appointment

When you shedule an appointment, your appointment information is sent out to the core Njasita Wellness Centre team. To be part of the core Njasita Wellness Centre team, employees have been working for the organisation for over 2 years and are all committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We use the appointment scheduling information to prepare the service ahead for you, to bill you for services provided, and to contact you about your appointment when necessary.

We will not disclose any information about your appointment to anyone outside the core Njasita Wellness Centre team providing the service without your explicit, written consent. We will not display the services provided to you and your feedback in our testimonials without your consent.

Browsing The Site

The browsing information (browser and IP) that we collect is used to improve the quality of the Njasita Wellness Centre platform and Services, as well as for statistics and research.

Your information will not be sold to or shared with other companies or organizations for commercial purposes.
