All platform content (text, images, design) is owned by Njasita Wellness Centre or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (profiles, appointments, etc.):
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a license to display and promote your content on our platform.

You will not use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
You will not upload offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
You will not spam, harass, or impersonate other users.
We may remove content or take disciplinary actions against users violating these guidelines.

Basic account creation is free.
Premium subscriptions unlock additional features (e.g., contact details, enhanced visibility).
Payments will be processed via M-PESA, Visa and Mastercard.

We make no guarantee about the accuracy of user-provided information (profiles, portfolios).
While we strive to keep the platform secure, we are not responsible for hacking attempts or unauthorized access to data.
The platform is provided “as-is”. We make no express or implied warranties.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid us.

We may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., social media, payment gateways). Their use is governed by their own terms and conditions.

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll notify you of significant changes. Your continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Our Mission: Njasita Wellness is a platform for that offers therapies, counseling, and wellness services to enhance your well-being and help you find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Respect: Treat all clients and visitors with kindness and consideration. Embrace diversity of backgrounds, styles, and viewpoints.

Constructive Engagement: Offer feedback and participate in discussions thoughtfully.

Self-Expression: Feel free to express your unique style and creativity, but do so in ways that are considerate of others.

Safety: Help us maintain a safe space. Report any content or behavior that feels threatening, harassing, or abusive.

Discrimination and Hate Speech: We do not tolerate speech that promotes hatred, discrimination, or attacks others based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.

Harassment and Bullying: Do not engage in personal attacks, insults, threats, trolling, or any behavior intended to intimidate or humiliate others.

Spam and Inappropriate Promotions: Keep discussions and content relevant to Technology. Avoid excessive self-promotion or spamming the community with irrelevant links.

Explicit Content: Nudity, sexually suggestive material, and content glorifying violence are not permitted.

Misinformation: Share responsibly. When sharing news or facts, please try to verify information from reliable sources.

We reserve the right to moderate content and take the following actions at our discretion to maintain a positive community:

• Removal of inappropriate content
• Issuing warnings to users
• Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
